BIGELOW

For a decadent St. Patrick’s Day treat, whip up a batch of Bigelow Green Tea meringues for the leprechauns in your life. I’ve always loved store bought meringues and decided it was finally time to learn how to make them myself. After a failed batch or two, I think I’ve nailed the perfect recipe. They are surprisingly easy to make, but they are a bit time consuming. The bake time is 90 minutes. You can grab a cup of Bigelow Green Tea and curl up with a book on the sofa as you wait for your meringues to bake. The wait is well worth it and if you love green tea, then you will love these! They are light and airy with a hint of green tea flavor. Way better for you than normal cookies too!

Did you know that Bigelow Tea is 100% American made by an American Family? Love that! The tea is made at their Charleston Tea Plantation, which is America’s largest working tea garden. You can tour their plantation or even host a wedding there! I’d love to visit one day! This awesome company has sent almost 4 million bags of tea to troops overseas with Bigelow’s Tea for Troops program. I always have green tea in my pantry. Aside from the many health benefits (stabilizing blood sugar, helping with memory, etc.), green tea relaxes me and gives me an extra little pick me up. You can visit Bigelow on Facebook or Twitter for more tea-spiration!
